1) Friendly managers - If you are a NORTH INDIAN 2) You will get good hike and promotion with out working hard -- If you are a NORTH INDIAN 3) You can go to onsite any no of times -- If you are a NORTH INDIAN 4) You will be treated as Einstein though you have zero technical knowledge -- If you are a NORTH INDIAN 5) You will be rewarded for no reason - If you are a NORTH INDIAN 6) Few stupid manager will laugh even if you play dirty jokes on them - If you are a NORTH INDIAN 7) Your manager nods his head and do whatever rubbish you say - If you are a NORTH INDIAN
Cons
1) Even if you work like a donkey you will not be recognized - If you are a SOUTH INDIAN 2) Even if you be very loyal you will be ignored and neglected by managers - If you are a SOUTH INDIAN 3) Even though you are very highly skilled and hardworking you will one day feel you are a big zero if you work under some brainless managers in this company - If you are a SOUTH INDIAN 4) If you don't know how to tame your manager then it is tough to get hike, promotion etc 5) If you believe in hard-work, sincerity and not politics then you can't survive
