      There are NO Pros working here unless you want to idle away time doing dirty politics

      Cons

      The list probably too long to fill this space, so I will make it simple. This is a place which will kill the talent. If you have talent, dont bother applying as this company will kill that. Too much politics by HR, Management who favor a few and alienate the rest of the company. No wonder this company has the worst attrition rates in India for a product based company.

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.
