The benefits here are very good. I enjoy most of the people I work with. Most of the work we do is interesting Customers still love our original product line

Cons

Some R&D groups are not in alignment with the practices being advocated. Cloud strategy is painfully slow. I feel like we've been working on bringing a viable cloud product to life for almost a decade. This most certainly isn't an agile, fast paced, software company.
