      One time onsite opportunity, work timings, good onsite management. Good technologies to work. People in teams are good. Good office.

      Cons

      internal management is bad, team leads don't know any thing. Should more focus on internal management. Hr's should focus on employee concerns.

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
