      A small enough sales organization to give on the feeling that one is making a difference.One can establish relationships quite easily.

      The company purports to moving forward with enterprise solutions but is hamstrung by forces that can only function in tool selling.

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
