      Pros

      Good group of intelligent colleagues that are trying to take the company forward. AVEVA has also developed some very good, industry leading software technology that should provide positive growth potential.

      Cons

      Slow to change. Very traditional management style. AVEVA has not capitalised on the expansion opportunities into other markets. Its revenue is very dependant on a small number of products and industries (oil & gas in particular).

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
