Not sure if this is team-specific or not, but there’s no onboarding training, feeling like I’m set up for failure based on the amount of work and deadlines assigned to me since the start of my career, new grad program is still under development and doesn’t actually bring value to me. Work life balance is not great either. Chances of promotion and raise is low..
