PTO - Senior Project Manager AVI-SPL Employee Review

Thank you for your comments. As you note, we increased our PTO days to 15 for those with 1-4 years of service, and also increased our 401k match for the third straight year. We are also proud to offer a wide variety of benefits to our employees, including health plans which have Silver and Gold equivalent values with ACA plans.
