I was introduced to senior C-suite contacts, sponsored to attend AWS re:Invent, supported on paid customer visits —something you rarely see. The culture values outcomes, initiative, and deep technical thinking. If you want to build meaningful AI and data solutions with autonomy and respect, this is a fantastic place to work.

Because AVM is fast-growing and works on cutting-edge problems, things can move quickly and sometimes feel unstructured early on. This is less a downside and more an opportunity for people who enjoy building systems, processes, and teams from the ground up. Those who prefer rigid roles or highly predefined paths may need time to adjust.
