Pros

Great pay, great work to life ratio (work never follows you home), plenty of paid time off with holidays and even bonus days.

Cons

Very military minded, random mandatory overtime at the last minute, hard to move up as positions are filled, management is somewhat unorganized.

If you had difficulty in the military. You may have difficulty working close to military even as civilian. Avmac has a hard time separating itself as it’s on entity from the military
