      Pros

      - Teammates are good and friendly. Some managers are also good and willing to communicate - can learn a lot as they provide many opportunities to the young ones

      Cons

      - management like micro-manage - management has no planning on anything - low pay, and low chance of getting of promotion even though you work hard
