I think AXA Shared Services, has great potential in supporting the region. 1) Reasonable Benefit 2) Good Infrastructure and Process adopted
Cons
1) Culture of this SSC is the worst in my 18 years of experience, junior expatriate managers that is immature, lack of collaboration and bad people manager. 2) Overly "Agile" Managers, manipulate staff and other team to look good. 3) Management direction are not clearly shared. 4) There is process operation, but no one follows.
