Hit and miss - Claims AXA Employee Review

Unfortunately it is acompany that does not like to invest time into training employees on product knowledge. They employ staff to fill seats, who have no idea about the department and or processes. Disorganised Company - no set processes poor planning Lack of training Poor management Management are not very good at managing staff Confidentiality is non existent You are required to work and over work for very little money and in comparison to its competitors across the board AXA is the LOWEST paying insurer. Staff have no pride in appearance or maintaining levels of professionalism
