Senior management have poor management skills A number of French managers have superiority complex even though they are inexperienced and newbies Senior management have poor technical skills resulting to wrong technical resource assessments and delegations Office politics is one of the worst in my 20+ years career AXA GO Malaysia is uncooperative, inefficient... staffed with incompetent tech people and terrible vendor (CapGemini). AXA GO Malaysia always gives a hard time time to AXA GO Philippines. Ridiculous turnaraound times for fulfillment, ticket requests and project peers. NO IT standards set in place for both centers of AXA GO Poor regional strategy (set by Group IT) Group IT's poor grasps of Asia regional office's issues and root problems Not enough budget for AXA GO regional data projects to undergo transformation and innovation Mismatch of roles
