Pros
Really great benefits such as guaranteed bonus of up to 15 months, at least 1 month worth of performance incentive, holidays are automatic double pay if you don't go to work (triple if you go to work) and events/team-building with a generous budget.
Cons
Environment and people suck! You will feel the busy ambiance in the office. Crab-minded people. People cramming in almost every corner of the building. Too many "feeling" entitled people. In the end, it's either stay for the good pay or leave to escape their world. After I left the company, no exaggeration, but I really felt so much relief.
