      Pros

      You get paid a dollar per stop on top of your hourly wage, you also get a week vacation after 6 months of continuous employment. After a year of continuous employment you earn your 2 week vacation.

      Cons

      Being made to work over your scheduled time without your consent, and then being made to "cut out" your overtime later on through out the week. It is extremely hard to make any sort of plans outside of work on any given day since you really don't know when you will be able to leave.

      Pros

      All the people I worked with in the store were fantastic people. Everyone helps everyone else and doesn't leave anyone out to dry.

      Cons

      Management above store level were a nightmare. Easily the worst I've ever experienced. They would change goals often, sometimes within days of having made a change. They would make assumptions about what was wrong without ever actually being in store. They wouldn't speak to ANYONE below the level of a manager to the point of ignoring someone if they greeted them.
