Horrible - Manager Trainee Aaron's Employee Review

There is no work/life balance. Aaron's expects you to basically sell your soul to them. You go door to door in every kind of conceivable weather and neighborhood. Your goal is to get "money or merchandise". Guess how many people are happy to see a debt collector at their door? When you're not going door to door taking bunk beds from children a week before Christmas, you're on the phone attempting to get the customer to pay by any means necessary. Guess what else? You're graded on how well you can do these horrible tasks and if you don't measure up, you're out.
