      Pros

      None anyone with a family to support would be better off at any other retailer.

      Cons

      Always understaff so Noone is ever actually able to do the job they are hired for. But held accountable for your same numbers. Many times I was doing calls for the accounts department or for the gm due to not having drivers. Would also have to stage the floor by myself and still expecting me to hit all my sales. So your day consists of answering all thw phones, staging and pricing all the furniture and talking to all the customers.

      Pros

      All the people I worked with in the store were fantastic people. Everyone helps everyone else and doesn't leave anyone out to dry.

      Cons

      Management above store level were a nightmare. Easily the worst I've ever experienced. They would change goals often, sometimes within days of having made a change. They would make assumptions about what was wrong without ever actually being in store. They wouldn't speak to ANYONE below the level of a manager to the point of ignoring someone if they greeted them.
