Pros
Great future of the company, they are headed in the right direction. They have brought in a bunch of new people to help with the atmosphere and are working to create a world class business.
Cons
Growing pains and space, super cramped, would like a bigger kitchen area and more conference rooms. and there is only coffee, would like other options like different kinds of tea or hot chocolate. and would like the company to celebrate birthdays or anniversaries. give a plaque or a certificate for the milestones and such. show us they care.
