Given the growth that we are experiencing, if you perform you will be handsomely compensated for it. No micromanaging needed here as the right people are hired here. Highly qualified, passionate, autonomous and can also work cross functionally with other teams.

Cons

Truly hard to find a negative as I love what I do and enjoy working with my team each and every day. I potentially work too much, but because of the nature of cybersecurity as it doesn’t feel like work. We are truly solving one of the most important problems in the world, stopping breaches.
