Culture has changed for the worse - Senior Business Systems Analyst Abbott Employee Review

Corporate culture is getting toxic. In the last three years, work loads have been getting heavier with attrition and retirements.. We made it through covid, demonstrated excellence with remote work. Abbotts back to office policy now has an even more restrictive than before Covid. Then there were a round of layoffs in February pushing those positions on to the survivors. There has been an exodus of people leaving after bonuses were given in May. Things have gotten worse since. They did start back filling but they have demonstrated they no longer are listening and don't see or don't care what is happening.
