Great atmosphere, family environment, plenty of OT,

Can be lonely if you dont like working alone all day

Mike Womack started a great business then sold it to retire, it has slid down the hill from there with bad management, fraud, lack of accountability, micromanaging, ageism, lack of training, more responsibilities with no pay increase, harassment of older experienced employees, infighting, talking negativity in front of management openly not behind closed doors, HR lies and blacklists certain people due to age and internal politics.

Get what training you can and move on, too much bad karma here.
