We regularly benchmark compensation to stay competitive and have made adjustments to better reflect tenure and performance. Regarding workload, while there are periods of increased intensity—particularly during new business or account onboarding—those are not the norm at AbelsonTaylor Group. Like at any agency, there can be short-term “crunch times,” but our focus is on maintaining balance. Over the past year, we’ve taken steps to better align staffing with client needs, and we are currently right-sized so teams are working appropriate and manageable hours. We listen to feedback around flexibility and support and continue to evolve in those areas.
