Thank you for sharing your perspective. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t reflect what we aim to create at ATG. While we recognize that change can be challenging, the direction we’ve taken is intentional—and it’s working. Over the past year, we’ve strengthened our business strategy function, evolved our approach, and steadily brought in new clients. We also have a robust pipeline that positions us well for continued, sustainable growth.
We know culture matters, and our employee engagement surveys consistently show that the majority of our team values the collaborative environment and forward-thinking leadership here. That doesn’t mean every experience is the same, but what you’ve described is not representative of what we typically hear.
On AI: we are leaning in because it’s critical to the future of our industry—and our clients expect it. Our focus is on helping teams master these tools to enhance how we work: accelerating ideation and improving efficiency, but AI will never replace human creativity, judgment, or strategic thinking—it’s a complement, not a substitute.
Regarding return-to-office, our three-day model is in line with (and often more flexible than) many peers, and we’ve seen gains in collaboration, productivity, and overall job satisfaction when teams come together in person.
ATG has remained an industry leader for 45 years by evolving—adapting our model, investing in new capabilities, and balancing experienced talent with new voices. Many of our employees have built long tenures here, while we also continue to bring in early-career professionals who are excited about where the industry is headed.
We understand that not every approach will resonate with everyone, particularly during times of transformation. We wish you the best and appreciate the time you spent with us.
