Pros

Nice Loop location. Free snacks. Decent office space environment. Carpet is cleaned regularly. Ample office supplies. Decent place to start your career and get it on your resume, but you should leave within 2 years for true career growth and industry advancement.

Cons

Very little trust between staff and management. Not really sure if they are doing the right thing for employees. Company direction is questionable by many. No loyalty for employees who have been there a long time. Promotions are limited above supervisor because there is no career planning. You are a number to the CFO. VPs are micro-managers because they don't have anything else to do. It is frowned upon to question the status quo. They like it how it is and process is set up to fight change through multiple committees and endless meetings. Tired, overthought creative runs the agency and yet no significant, notable awards are won in years. Creative leadership is mean, catty and egotistical. Never a pleasure interacting with them. They are the time and budget wasters. There is better collaboration with the senior art and copy folks who pretty much do all the work anyways.

Pros

A legitimate company but toxic and bullying

Cons

My experience at this company was deeply disappointing due to a toxic workplace culture. I faced bullying from colleagues, and instead of fostering teamwork and collaboration, the environment was driven by unhealthy competition. HR was consistently irresponsible and failed to address serious concerns. The hiring process seemed focused solely on academic background and work experience, with little regard for character or professionalism. Unfortunately, this created a management team and workforce that often reinforced the same negative behaviors. Overall, the culture felt superficial and hostile rather than supportive or inclusive.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We take feedback about workplace culture seriously, which is why this review is concerning and does not reflect the environment we strive to create every day. At our agency, we are deeply committed to fostering a collaborative, respectful, and supportive culture. We also want to clarify that we do not have an HR department; our People Experience (PX) team is specifically dedicated to employee support, engagement, and wellbeing. Any reports of bullying, harassment, or inappropriate conduct would be addressed immediately and thoroughly, and to date we have not received concerns matching the circumstances described here. While we cannot verify the experience outlined in this review, we continuously evaluate how we can improve the employee experience and maintain a respectful workplace for everyone. We encourage any current employee with concerns to speak directly with our PX team or leadership so issues can be addressed constructively and confidentially.
