At our agency, we are deeply committed to fostering a collaborative, respectful, and supportive culture. We also want to clarify that we do not have an HR department; our People Experience (PX) team is specifically dedicated to employee support, engagement, and wellbeing. Any reports of bullying, harassment, or inappropriate conduct would be addressed immediately and thoroughly, and to date we have not received concerns matching the circumstances described here.
