Pros

beautiful campus, great cafeteria (though not free, was supposedly subsidized), company threw lots of free events for employees (although, if you didn't participate, it was very frowned upon). they paid very very well, which is also partly a con because you won't make the same amount moving to a different company in a bigger city.

Cons

cliquey, frat-like atmosphere, butt-kissing & drinking the kool-aid is what gets you to the top, different departments are encouraged to dislike each other (for instance, design vs planning), the company is refusing to accept that it's fallen from grace. huge crony/nepotistic culture. chance are if you're thin/fit/attractive and a hardcore gung-ho capitalist at all costs (regardless of the cost.. including the cost to human lives and the environment) you will get promoted and promoted and promoted. there is NO work life balance. your manager might pretend that they want you to leave by 6pm but they won't care if you actually stay until 10pm. procedures and processes are constantly changing and being added, and employees arent given a chance to understand and know how to fully implement the processes before more is piled upon them.
