Continuing to establish and improve our performance review cycles to create an open feedback loop for employees, their managers, and their peers. 3. Establish clear career ladders across all teams at Abnormal in order to create more advancement opportunities for current employees. We also have active plans to support this by developing formal training, educational, and development programs.
