Pros

Some of my co workers were nice.

Cons

Don’t let these fake positive reviews that the company has posted for themselves fool you. The company hasn’t even been around for more than 2 years, and have definitely had less then 50 people come and go.You don’t want to work here. Management has no idea what theyre doing, and the workload is far too much for how little they offer. Essentially, they expect you to write two 6 page essays each day, mixed with filling out forms, so burn out happens really fast.To put it bluntly, the higher ups are bullies. They have legal meetings under the guise of helping people “improve” but they’re really just meetings to bully and publically shame their employees in front of all of their co workers. When I tell you this place is run like a highschool, I mean it. These meetings also get very accusatory in nature, without giving helpful criticism, so the employees are left confused and wondering what they did wrong. Also, the CEO is completely unprofessional. She curses and calls out people during meetings, and of course, nobody can say anything, because she also doesnt accept critiscim well. She doesnt care about her employees at all, so dont be fooled by her. She keeps most of them cramped in hot rooms with no a/c with co workers who are clearly sick. HR is also lacking, and there is certainly someone in that department who, in my opinion, is unprofessionally flirtatious with their staff. Overall, the company is a mess, and I wouldnt be surprised if it closed in a year or two.

Pros

I stopped working here a few months ago, but my experience at GFI was great. I learned a lot during my time there and grew both professionally and personally. The people made it what it was. Despite a confusing last two weeks, my coworkers were consistently kind and supportive, and my boss was genuinely understanding whenever I needed it. It's the kind of place that pushes you to get better, and the team is there to back you up along the way. To be honest, you have to want to learn and grow to work here, but if that's you, it's a great fit. I'm grateful for the time I spent there and would recommend it to anyone looking to challenge themselves.

Cons

You'll get frustrated sometimes because the work is hard. (The frustration is honestly nothing compared to other jobs I've had.)

Pros

Made some nice friends, cared about what I did. Coworkers actually cared.

Cons

Overworked, constantly miserable, freezing all the time, cannot speak, barely any time for lunch (just leaving the building and coming back takes half your break), constantly felt like I was was walking on eggshells.
