Are they still in business? - Operations AboutGolf Employee Review

Very political environment with no diversity. It was hard to be part of the team this last year as we hired several talented people and then everyone who was in a position to help move the company forward was laid off. I enjoy the people I work with but aboutgolf has a lot of serious issues with customer support and instead of putting resources towards that, we are putting money into new DIY simulators and a mobile app that no one will ever use. Leadership is very 2 faced and lacks the ability to have a direct conversation with employees or provide feedback... or appreciation.
