You make two very serious accusations in your review. We do not condone nor practice management by intimidation. Quite the contrary. Our leaders are known for being compassionate, caring, and supportive. Every survey that's been conducted since I joined nearly two years ago supports that claim. These surveys have been conducted by external organizations, in addition to our own engagement surveys. Our manager scores are industry leading.
As for our culture, once again, every objective metric and outcome supports the notion that we have a vibrant and healthy culture. External and internal surveys are industry leading. We've been on great places to work lists for many years running. We have high employee retention. Our culture is one of our strengths.
Our revenue, EBITDA, Customer counts/retention, and Penguins have grown significantly in the last two years. Again, this doesn't happen if you don't have a strong and healthy culture, a compelling strategy/mission, and the resources in terms of people and capital to make it happen.
Our Penguins are the envy of the industry. I'm sorry it didn't work out for you and do wish you well. I believe in our team and will defend them with everything I have. We have high aspirations and goals. We welcome anyone to our team who shares similarly high expectations.
