Pros
I've worked for Abrigo for nearly a year and have had a really positive experience. I am part of the HR department and in my time working with several members of the company, I can say that everyone I've worked with is open to working together towards a positive outcome for everyone involved. This has been rare within my field and it's been so rewarding to feel respected, acknowledged and know that my voice matters. - Constant genuine recognition for its employees from leadership and peers - Healthy and stable growth - Meaningful work that is impactful to the business - Open to creativity and new ways of doing things - A collaborative and friendly culture with a mentorship program, social remote gatherings, paid volunteer opportunities, several employee resources groups, wellness benefits, and real DEI initiatives with metrics that are continually improving. - Plenty of growth opportunities whether it's moving up in your career, making a lateral movement or attending a knowledge sharing webinar - Transparency about the health of the business is communicated often and openly - Your voice and feedback are taken seriously
Cons
Abrigo is a mid-size growing company so we're not a startup however we're still learning and growing. There will be pain points and challenges but it's how they're handled that matters and I believe a lot of thought and careful decision making goes into this.
