Flexible with working with your schedule. Dental discounts only at absolute dental. Provide training for new employees. Paid quarterly meetings.
Cons
They don't care about part-timers at all. Worked almost 4 years for them and they paid VERY badly, constant favorites, and heavily favored Spanish speakers.
