Pros
I have been working for this company for almost 5 months now and here are some of the benefits that I see working here at Absolute Dental. My managers and team leads are very compassionate and willing to teach. When I first started, there were some concepts that I struggled with and the support I was given from my superiors was phenomenal. I feel that I am fairly compensated for all of the work that I do, which is very important to me as a single mother. It is comforting to know that I am supported not only in my work here, but also in my finances. Among these benefits are good medical coverage, my PTO accrual rate is much higher than anywhere I've ever worked, discount rates at certain retailers just by being an employee, etc. I am happy that I am at Absolute Dental, and I look forward to building my career with this amazing company.
