Pros
I feel blessed to work for a company where the employee's are kind and compassionate, making it truly feel that being at work is merely spending time with extended family. The staff in all departments is knowledgeable and always willing to help each other out when needed. Employees live and breath the company's core values of integrity, respect, accountability, compassion, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Cons
At times things do get hectic, especially when there are time-sensitive deadlines, but one good thing that comes of this is healthy competition.
