Pros

I've worked for Absolute dental over 10 yrs, I love the family environment and flexibility making it easy to raise my children as a single mom. Absolute offers benefits including 401k plan and even pto. Overall great place to work.

Cons

No 401k employer match, lack of communication

Pros

They provide all the tools and training to succeed, friendly staff and workplace. The onboarding is very informative and fun. You're able to move up if you stay focused and patient.

Work can occasionally become fast-paced and demanding during busy periods

Absolute Dental has a nice work environment. All the employees there are amazing!! They made my training so much more easier!! The company offers so much opportunities to grow. I’m grateful to be part of the Absolute Dental team!!
