Absolute Dental has been in business for a very long time, and as a long-term employee, I can definitely say that I am proud to be an employee of this company. Under the leadership of our new CEO, the culture of the company is often described by current employees as “family oriented”. I can personally attest that this is a true statement, whenever an employee is in need, all staff members pull together to help out. The company is very supportive of affiliated dental providers and the growth opportunities for employees is amazing. In fact, 56% of our management staff has been promoted from within. This is a fast-paced environment, and definitely not for the faint of heart, however, well worth it and rewarding as this company offers very competitive pay and incentives.

None that I can think of. Absolute Dental does a great job at giving back to the community by doing volunteer events quite often.
