They will easily hire any human body.
Cons
They do not pay over time. They are actually concern that FT employees don't get their 40 hours per week. If your clinic opens on a Saturday they might cancel you last minute (less than 24 hr notice) because there is not enough $ coming into the practice so they can not justify "labor" to make you come in for work. So at the end, you will never get a 80 hr of pay on your biweekly pay check. They call your work as "labor" and they have to justify your attendance with "production" from charging high fees to patients. Absolutely inhuman and cruel. That is why they can only hire super young people right out of high school, because no one with a bit more of work experience will survive these poor working conditions.
