Poor training for front and back office especially since most new hires have ZERO dental experience they are expected to be on their game after a few days Regional managers should be more engaged with the office they are overseeing and not just send a text message if you need help, they should be in person no less than 1 a week not every 2-3 weeks then they come in and hide in a corner on their phones dealing with others but hey they are getting credit for being in your office (what a joke) Family and best friends should not work in the same region because you can see the favorites and it shows There is no communication with your superior that doesn’t get to everyone trust no one You won’t get acknowledged for always being their on time with your staff but the ones that come in late leave early and forget somehow to clock in and out always shine like a star
