Literally Work Anywhere Else - Dental Hygienist Absolute Dental Employee Review

Extremely hard to get any information from this company. Nobody in the company had any answers to questions- all while stating “we have so much support for you at hand!” They would only tell you “maybe” and then POSSIBLY (but most likely not) forward your questions to someone else. Received essential paperwork late at night, contacted by management for meetings on days off, and not provided with essential tools to fulfill basic job functions. Products allowed to purchase are extremely low quality and felt shameful giving them to patients. Didn’t seem to acknowledge me as a person- but just something that makes them money. Bonus/Commission is a joke- only worth it if you break your body for them or if your fine upselling treatments that patients don’t actually need. Company offers a couple great benefit options, but no 401k match/profit share. Poor PTO accumulation, Poor training all around.
