1yThank you for your candid feedback. We want to provide some clarification. In addition to an above average wage for this region, we also offer sign on bonus and for some clinicians, student loan reimbursement and retention bonuses. We do ask for a time commitment as turnover is detrimental to patients and team members. We do have a back office training department available for those that need it. Due to high patient demand, we do have a call center that handles new patient calls. Existing patients are connected to their practice. We will certainly take all this feedback to upper management.
