      Pros

      -As a provider, I am given complete autonomy over treatment planning, preferred materials, and anything clinical. I am not expected to do any managerial duties. -True transparency in regards to production -Timely and reliable compensation -Great work environment and office culture really allows me to build relationships with patients and do my best work.

      Cons

      -None. I have held several associate positions in my career all around the US, and this is my favorite place I have worked.

      Pros

      They provide all the tools and training to succeed, friendly staff and workplace. The onboarding is very informative and fun. You're able to move up if you stay focused and patient.

      Work can occasionally become fast-paced and demanding during busy periods

      Absolute Dental has a nice work environment. All the employees there are amazing!! They made my training so much more easier!! The company offers so much opportunities to grow. I’m grateful to be part of the Absolute Dental team!!
