I had the pleasure to work with Kirsty Harris throughout my interview stages. Absorb is undeniably fortunate to have her authenticity, knowledge, and valuable skillset. The way she spoke about the company, their values, culture, & platform, transcends beyond what I have experienced and was a primary reason I felt confident to become a part of this thriving organization. Pros and benefits: 1. Innovative approach and well-rounded interview process. 2. Onboarding is orchestrated in an effective manner with leadership focused on you having an impactful and effective experience. 3. The culture and career growth opportunities are catered to every position for each vital department. The organization does invest in you and provides structured growth. 4. The leadership are empathetic, strategic, and innovative. You will be mentored and provided accurate guidance, while still having the autonomy to make your own creative decisions. 5. The technology is pristine and the critical service departments are astonishingly equipped for leading the LMS industry standards. 6. I cannot stress this enough, you will be able to establish a long term career with Absorb Software, it's not just a job.

At this time, there are no direct short comings for the organization in my opinion. They provide all the essential tools and resources to be successful. Your dedication to learning, as well as the motivation to be effective in your role will be determined by you.

Pros

I’ve been working as an SDR at Absorb LMS for about three months now, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Coming into my first role in tech sales, I wasn’t sure what to expect, especially after hearing how challenging and sometimes discouraging others’ first experiences can be, but this has been the complete opposite. I’ve been able to ramp up much faster than I anticipated, and a huge part of that comes down to the support system here. The managers and my colleagues are incredibly approachable and genuinely invested in helping each other succeed. It’s a very comfortable environment where asking for help or guidance is encouraged, not judged, and that’s allowed me to grow and improve at a much faster pace. In just a short time, I’ve already seen strong personal progress, and it’s equally motivating to see others on my team achieving success as well. That shared momentum creates a really energizing atmosphere where everyone is pushing to get better and celebrating each other’s wins along the way. One thing that really stands out is how much the company values performance and recognizes achievements. Wins, big or small, are acknowledged and celebrated in a way that keeps you motivated and striving to maintain that level of success. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction into tech sales. This role has not only been a great learning experience but also a very encouraging one. It’s given me confidence in my ability to grow within this field, and I’m excited to continue developing my skills and eventually work toward becoming an AE.
