Pros

Excellent benefits and opportunity to grow and learn. Supervisors are always available to answer questions and provide guidance. Management keeps us informed and helps us to focus on what we should prioritize. San Diego facility is clean with nice equipment. Company has a lot of employee events and recognizes their employees.

Cons

Company runs lean which can lead to long hours, but they do their best to recognize your effort and are working to bring on more staff.

At one time it was an amazing place to work. Great Senior Leadership, sense of where the company was going. Amazing Science bright smart competent scientists. Proud to have supported.

Cons

Past few years toxic, unhealthy environment. Poor senior leadership, leaders who don't care about employees. Morale is non existent. Expectations are high but people are set up to fail. Very unsafe environment. Sad for the people left in the mess.
