Cons
No clear employee roles and responsibilities, lack of compliance throughout, lack of critical materials. Recent turnover has left gaping holes in critical departments, worsening the fact that there are no established processes/procedures or best practices. Management is not always onsite, leading to employees having to make critical decisions themselves when no one else can be reached. Unprofessional work environment and a company culture of "figure it out yourself".
