Pros
Dedicated staff, everyone is welcoming. I have found the management/senior management all approachable, honest, and open. I enjoy interacting with a wide variety of groups locally and globally. From looking at the history of the company and the growth I have seen. The company is doing very well and I can only see a bright future. The current staff are very knowledge (as you would expect). The new recruits appear hungry and motivated. Also not knowing everyone personally, Abzena has a good diversity. Situated on the Babraham Campus which offers a lot.
Cons
As always communication can be improved. Working across a large time zones could make some meetings have to be at uncomfortable times. I have found the work life balance ok. I thi k ideally a clear understanding around flexibility would add value to staff. Could do with the free bus to site running again.
