Pros
Teachers were great, most cared about the kids. Also benefits for full time.
Cons
Poor management, poor communication, continued promises of change, focus on punishing the students instead of encouraging them, cliques within groups of teachers and paras, everything was always a mess and paras were expected to fix things cheaply. Classes typically had about 35-40 students wherein the class itself had about 30 chairs and space for about 25 students.
