Colleagues are sweet and you bind with them quick out of sheer self preservation. You’re in the trenches together and it’s nice to have a friend

Turnover is so high you could be thrown into any rope at any time cuz there isn’t any sub coverage, admin is rude and did t bother to learn our names, the sheer level of disorganization trickles down from the top and creates problems. Staff concerns go u heard it even get ridiculed. There is no support for behavior management and their behavior management system is dated, racist and useless. The curriculum provided is horrible and you have to supplement everything to make it effective. The parent community is expectedly on edge given the turmoil of the school these past few years . I have worked in lots of schools and have been r seen dismissal take 2 hours, or things change at the drop of a hat with no warning, or students run rampant like they do here.
