Bonus postponed to two months later while admin finds faults to fire you. My error was to call 911 for a girls fight of half-hours, which admin claimed not awareness. Middle school is a bizarre place: high teacher turnover; students' behavior unruly without structured correction; unmonitored hallways allow students to skid into other classrooms and cause chaos; no technology for engaging lessons - reliance on paper & pencil by the ton; not surprising student academic performance in science at 25%; every minute used for student behavior, no time for contacting parents or take your lunch relaxed. no curriculum, so you have to spend money to subscribe and download handouts for instruction; teachers are afraid to support you; students are misguided by admin to tell on you. Your head will be spinning by the end of each day. Admin's "onboarding" interest is to get you to upload positive posts on the site visited by parents and make them believe that their middle schoolers are learning - which is untrue. Student mischief included splashing water on exams and not taking them. Exams are supposed to be taken using Chromebooks, which have been destroyed by students.
