Pros
Great Regional Manager really liked his people. Was always in a no win situation due to terrible staffing model. Always had your back, which was nice.
Cons
Staffing model is broken - constantly under staffed 12 hour days without a break No work life balance Micro Managing Goals are not realistic and tracking goals is a joke. No database for up to date tracking, have to get numbers from someone else. Will only give paid time off on a 40 hour work week, no one in management with this company works just 40 hours. So no good reason to want to work more than 40, when there is zero compensation for doing so.
